  • ZIP code
  • Relationship to the person needing care
  • General care preferences (type of care being considered)
  • General care timeline
  • Any additional information you voluntarily enter in the message field

We do not ask for and you should not provide Social Security numbers, insurance policy numbers, Medicare or Medicaid identification numbers, financial account information, or detailed medical records through our forms.

Technical information collected automatically

We also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit the Site, including your browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is used to operate and improve the Site.

IP address processing for security and abuse prevention: Your IP address is temporarily processed by our servers to enforce rate limiting and prevent automated abuse of our inquiry form. IP addresses are held in server memory only for the duration of the rate-limiting window (10 minutes) and are not written to permanent storage, not linked to your inquiry information, and not shared with third parties for any purpose.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the care inquiry form is used to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions about senior care options
  • Explain available senior care options relevant to your situation
  • Connect you with care placement specialists who can assist you
  • Identify potentially appropriate care providers in your area

3. Sharing Your Information

We may share your inquiry information with appropriate care providers and care placement specialists when necessary to respond to your request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.

4. Contact Authorization

By submitting the care inquiry form and checking the consent checkbox, you authorize Senior Care Help Center and its care placement specialists to contact you by phone or email about senior care options. This authorization covers telephone calls and email only. It does not authorize automated text messages or marketing SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving educational information from this Site.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies necessary for the Site to function. With your permission, we also use the following optional technologies:

  • Analytics: Cookies and scripts that help us understand how visitors use the Site, which pages are most visited, and how users navigate between pages.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of this Site. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Technical information used for rate limiting is held in server memory only for the duration of the rate-limiting window and is not retained beyond that period.
